I have had god,s calling all my life,as a teenager I thought it was uncool to be a christian so i ignored it.I would see other Christians and they were so happy,i would often wonder what that was like.I am 43 now and I became a christian in april.What happened was I was taken to hospital with my heart beating at 200 beat,s a minute.I was hooked up to all these moniters,I kept nodding off to sleep and I would have all these horrible dreams.then I would wake up and then nod off again and the same thing would happen again.It was very scary until I fell to sleep but this time it was different,I saw a bright light coming towards me.there was an angel floating above me,I felt very safe. all of a sudden I woke up I was confused about what had just happened.I was very emotional I kept thinking about what had happened.anyway the next day i was waiting to go home and i picked up a bible,In the front it said if you only ever read one verse read John 3.16.when I read it I cryed.I prayed to god to forgive me for my past sins.It is the best thing I have ever done I feel so happy.I read my bible every day and I go to church on sundays.I still have heart problems my church prays for me all the time.I am not scarred any more I am in gods hands.praise the lord.
