My name is Donald McNeill. Im born and raised in Sin and in Philadelphia, Pa. Im so thankful Im saved. I got saved on Oct 9 2009. Before that i was muslim for 7 years. I was born Catholic. Im now Penecostal. I grew up in a drug infested neighborhood call Frankford (for those of you who are familar with philly). Ive been to jail as an adult and Ive spent most of my teen years in Psych and Deliunqent facilities due to use of Pcp witch i started at 15. I started marajauna at 9 and alcohol at 11. Pills, Crack, and Herion came into play in 2008, but it always boiled down to Pcp and marajauna. God has really blessed me. I cant help but cry while im writing this. My mom was on drugs and my dad was very busy. Needless to say i lived with my mom. My greatest blessings is everything that happened in my life. But the greatest is that im still alive. late sept 2009 i was in a hospital bed because i was shot at and it only grazed me. I started armed robbery at age 18 and also burglary and home invasions. Healings are that i was shot in the knee cap and im walking and since i got save i have no desire for any crime or drugs or alcohol. Only thing im struggling with is judgemental thinking, lust, and ciggarettes. The biggest thing ive overcome is honesty. I dont lie anymore or bend the truth in my favor. Im struggling and strive to live for Jesus 100 percent. How i got saved was a brother from teen challenged. layed hands on me casted out devils in the name of Jesus and prayed in toungues. The miracle is that while the brother was praying in tounges all i could here was my life story from begining to end in my head. He was crazy and then he kept going in tounges and i asked God in my head he wants me to accept Christ then he needs to make me feel it. I broke down after that statment in my head and ive never cried in from of another man besides my eaartlhy father. Iam so happy and am really enjoying the christian walk. Its not easy. My favorite scriptures are Eph 2:8, Jerimiah 29:11, Matt 6:24, John 3:3. All of psalms and all of proverbs. GOD BLESS ALL and i hope my testimony strentghens someone. Thats what its for.
