FLORIDA COURT SETS ATHEIST HOLY DAY
In Florida, an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and
Passover holy days.
He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case
against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days.
The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized
days.
The case was brought before a judge.
After listening to the passionate
presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,
"Case dismissed!"
The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying, "Your
honor,
how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas,
Easter and others.
The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah,
yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays.
"
The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do.
Your client,
counsel, is woefully ignorant.
"
The lawyer said, "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance
or holiday for atheists.
"
The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day.

14:1
states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.
' Thus, it is the
opinion of
this court, that if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool.
Therefore,
April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned".
You gotta love a Judge that knows his scripture!

I praise God for this importunity to share my testimony and secondly I thank you for giving your valuable time to read my testimony. I had very joyful and strict disciplined childhood. I was inspired by my father singing and reading word of God at night times.Even though I was scared of darkness at night, his singing and meditation gave me nice sleep and wonderful dreams. At the age of 12, I prayed God in fasting and received the gift of salvation. God spoke to me through Isiah 49:6. At that moment I recognized that God is speaking to me and asked him to give me another word as I am scared to preach Gospel. because I believed at that time that preaching and doing lords work needs lot of dedication and women doesn't fit for it. Again My lord responded with his grace and I heard his voice saying Isiah 49: 7 and 8 verses. I was scared for a moment and prayed lord to take these verses back again. he won't. In Isiah 49:6 he says: "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth." as I entered teen age things in my family were changing. Many problems surrounded my family and I was dragged very hardly and almost came to a point to doubt the existence of God. I met with an accident which made me 80% handicapped. I repented and now learned well the joy of total submission and self- sacrifice. And now my life is bound to Isiah 49:6!! He is using me mightily among the street and working children and many other difficult children at risk. I was enjoying God's promises and praising God for every thing. God blessed me with sound education. He enabled me to study masters in sociology, education, some other courses in counselling and trainings. The lesions I learned from my life are: 1. It's very easy to ask/ feel for forgiveness but its very hard to forgive our own sins and accept our totality which means our strengths and weaknesses. And this process takes lot of time. 2. it’s even very easy to forgive and forget others sins rather than accepting our own self. 3. It’s only our-self that determines our relationship with God to receive his blessings or opposite to it, to receive low/miserable life from Satan. 4. Its very easy to live with happiness, joy and obedience. these qualities makes us to feel feather-lite and makes us move upwards giving us good position in life. these qualities in turn gives fruit's like peaceful life, good intelligence, wisdom.Opposite to it, sadness, self blaming, anger, tension, makes you to shrink down by making your life heavy. these are like heavy stones, stumbling blocks to you and to o. 5. No one in this world will help you to change your life or direct your life to your satisfaction. Jesus is there to help you if you ask. Seek, and keep on knocking Gods door till you receive it. It is only you. You are the only person with power to decide for your life. If you decide to put trust in Jesus, God takes control of your life. God's plan for you remains unchange.He loves you. 6. Last but not least, family shapes life. So family is the very important thing to consider. Try to have it, protect it, and share its joys and sorrows. I have seen many children addicted to substances, sex, begging etc with every freedom to decide for their life. This is nothing but the true love of God! True love gives absolute freedom. Why can't God take total control over children??? alas! I have also seen how their small decisions protecting their own lives. also I have seen some children ending their lives with their own decisions. As an adult we are responsible towards our life. Its very important to know that our life is a product of our decisions. thank you
