Severe depression episode Dec. 2004. Got on my knees and offered my life to God. I had an elated (high) feeling for several weeks. Ever since, the depression has not come back (I do still have emotional highs and lows - come'on - I'm still human!). I used to have a craving for just one or two beers after work most days - now I don't care for beer at all and feel this has been a subconcious change, not a chosen change of habit!
Praise God, for he is truly real and truly exists and loves each and every one of us!
