To my dear friend
I hope and pray that you have a wonderful and God filled day. I pray that what ever you may be going through, you will bring it to the cross, seeking the one who loves you with a deep and genuine love. I pray that you will be granted strength,peace,hope and joy in all things. I pray that in all things you will seek Him. I pray and speak health into your life and for you, as well as your loved ones. I pray and speak prosperity in all areas of your life. I pray and speak
healing for your body, mind and spirit, as well as for your relationships and or marriages. I pray and speak peace,love,laughter,boldness,goodness and all the Fruits of the Spirit for you and into you my friend. I pray peace especially
during this hectic time, as you are preparing for Christmas, getting ready to gather with family and friends. I pray calmness for your soul as you remember what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. I pray that you will seek that baby that was born so long ago, who then became a man and died for us, taking all our sin,guilt,shame and so much more upon Himself as He hung on that cross. I pray you will hear the Christmas message and remember that HE
(JESUS) is the reason for the season. May you receive with a thankful heart and may you give to those in need, not because you are obligated, but from the heart. May you love much and laugh often. May you treat others how you want to be treated and give a smile to someone in need of one today. May you love and be loved. May you be blessed, but above all may YOU be blessing to someone today.

Being a cop people rely on you to help solve their problems. Being a Chief of Police officer's rely on you to help solve their problems. So where do I turn to when I need help. For the longest time there was no where. I knew about God I had been raised in church, but I never wanted to release complete control over my life to him. That is hard for an officer to do. We are the one who are always supposed to be in contol even when all hell breaks loose. I got to a point where I was about to go crazy. I always knew that I need to get back in church, but I was to proud to humble myself before God. One day I read a book by K.P. Yohannan Revolutions in World Missions and it opend my eyes to the truth. Here I sit in my air conditioned office with my stomach full and my kids going to a safe school, my wife able to go to the store and buy what we need. And over in the other side of the world people are dying for the name of God. People are being beaten and abused for proclaming their belief in God. Where a child is instructed to say he doesnt believe in GOd and he will be allowed to live, but that child replys " I do not want to die, but I cannot deny God" and he is killed for his belief. My God how blind I have been. So from that moment the Lord started working on my heart. One day I went to church and the pastor made the call for the unsaved to come up front , but my pride would not let me go. I waited untill the pastor was by himself and I approached him and softly asked him if he would pray with me. The pastor replied that he would and asked me what I wanted him to pray with me for. I was unable to respond and I guess God opened his mind and placed what I need him to ask me which was " Do you need God in your life"? I was overcome with emotions but was able to say "YES"!!!. From that day on I have found peace in our lord. I asked our lord to take away the urge to smoke so that I may quit them nasty cigaretts. And thank God I have not smoked in one week and have had no urges to smoke and I have smoked for 25 years. Thank you God for your love and your countless blessing on my family. I am unworthy of anything from you lord, but you still love me and forgive me.
