Rebecca's Testimony
There has been a generational curse upon my family for a long time. Poverty, oppression, physical abuse, drug and alcohol addictions, mental illness, sexual abuse, early onset of sexuality, physical illnesses of all types, death, divorce, witchcraft and only God knows what else. .
I come from a family of 10, 8 of which are siblings. . At the age of 13 I lay in a hospital bed in a coma while all of my relatives and parents friends (who were walking with Jesus) pleaded for my uncertain soul. 24/7 large groups of prayer warriors cried and pleaded for my life and my soul. They had promised my life to Him. During the third day I awoke and was eventually released (a month later). .
I was still a problem child but through my continued health problems, God dealt with me patiently and mercifully. I faced death so regularly that I could see no other way to live happily unless I accepted the truth and received that precious gift of salvation and let God do a work inside of me that I could not do myself. .
I still kept going back, maybe not all the way, but enough to mess up my life several times. My last brush with death afforded me a new vision. I could see myself standing before God empty-handed. I was broken. .
It was revealed to me that I kept going back because there were some serious generational curses upon my family! I fell deep into prayer, and began to feel the need for power and authority over all that troubled me and my family. I put a death-grip on God’s pant leg. I wasn’t letting go until I knew the curse was broken. His power and authority fully became mine to use and I literally heard and felt my insides crack, crumble and break wide open, releasing all that was not supposed to be there. .
It has been 6 months since that night and I have been getting reports from many family members. Some a few at the same time - in the same way, some trickling in one by one. Praise God!!! The evidence of the release of the curses are coming in SO undeniably, that even the “toughest souls” in our family are calling me. Lives are changing, Blessings are pouring down SO heavily that NOT a one of us could deny it or remain the same. .
Yeah, there are still more of us to wait on God for, but He has said it is already done! I know that our faith HAS to continue to be SO MUCH bigger than we can feel. But for God, it will continue to be so. Praise Jesus. All Glory to God, my perfect Heavenly Father.

T.D. Jakes studies "Woman Thou Art Loosed!" played a huge part in my initial release. I have read many of his books through the years and was eventually blessed by getting to meet him one day during an interview. Many other anoited Christian authors have also been helpful. Then, of course, there is my Bible.
